How to deal with the deviation for large angle belt conveyor？

In fact, the adjustment method is the same, there are several different situations to deal with.

1. If the belt tail runs to the left, adjust the tail pulley, adjust the left tension screw, or tighten or loosen the site conditions. Similarly, if the belt runs to the right, the adjustment method is similar.

2. The upper left and right deviation of the belt shall be adjusted in the same way as 1. The

 3. Middle deviation, adjust the middle of the large angle belt conveyor, adjust the upper or lower idler for correction. At this time, the adjustment method is different. If the middle part deviates to the left, adjust the right side of the idler and adjust it in the opposite direction. In the same way, if the middle part deviates to the right, adjust the left side of the idler to achieve the balance of the force on the idler, then the belt conveyor will not be out of line.

4. The feeding position should be adjusted to prevent the deviation caused by material impact.

In addition to the problems of the conveyor belt itself, the deviation can be solved by the above methods. If the quality problem of the conveyor belt itself is found, the side roller can be loaded to change. However, the manufacturer suggests that the best way is to replace the belt. Loading the side guard roller will lead to serious wear of the belt and greatly shorten its service life.
