What should be paid attention to while running operation of belt conveyor

Belt conveyor is necessary in the production line of gravel and construction waste, and is mainly used to connect the crushing equipment of different levels, sand production facilities, and screening equipment.  What should be paid attention to while operating a belt conveyor or a complete belt conveyor system?

1. Switch on the main power switch, and check whether the power supply of the equipment is fed in normally and whether the power indicator light is on. Proceed to the next step after normal operation.

2. Close the power switch of each circuit and check whether it is normal. In the normal state: the equipment does not operate, the indicator light of the belt conveyor is off, the power indicator light of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the inverter shows normal (no fault code display).

3. Start each electrical equipment in sequence according to the process flow. After the previous electrical equipment starts normally (the motor or other equipment has reached the normal speed and normal state), start the next electrical equipment.

In the operation of the belt conveyor, the provisions of the items in the design of the conveyed items must be observed, and the design capabilities of the belt conveyor must be observed. Secondly, it should be noted that all types of personnel must not touch the moving parts of the belt conveyor, and non-professionals should not touch electrical components, control buttons, etc. at will. Finally, during the operation of the belt conveyor, it is not possible to open the inverter after the stage. If it is determined that the maintenance needs, it must be carried out under the condition of stopping the frequency conversion operation, otherwise the inverter may be damaged.

The operation of the belt conveyor is stopped. Press the stop button to stop the main power supply after the system is completely stopped.
