During the commissioning process of the tubular pipe belt conveyor, the head-to-tail transition section belt deflection and the intermediate load-bearing section return section distortion phenomenon are prone to occur. The specific solutions are as follows: When the head-to-tail transition section belt deflection is the same as the ordinary belt conveyor It is adjusted by adjusting the head and tail rollers and the supporting idlers.

Drive section: The drive roller(pulley) must be installed in a straight line before starting. Adjusting the support idlers can precisely align the conveyor belt. The counter-clockwise rotation of the supporting idlers will cause the conveyor belt to shift to the left; therefore, the clockwise rotation of the supporting idlers will cause the conveyor belt to shift to the right;

Tubular pipe belt conveyor return section: Before starting, the return roller (pulley) must be installed in a straight line. Adjusting the return section support idler can make the conveyor belt accurately aligned. The counterclockwise rotation of the return idler will cause the conveyor belt to shift to the left; therefore, the clockwise rotation of the return idler will cause the conveyor belt to shift to the right.

When the belts in the middle section of the carrying section and the return section are twisted, the selection of the idlers to be adjusted should depend on the overlap position and the squeeze of the belt at each idler. The commissioning person specifies the idlers to be adjusted. There are two main adjustment methods:

1. Cone block method. Loosen the nut of the PSK idler, insert the tapered horn between the SPK idler and the idler frame, and determine the position of the lifted idler according to the twist direction (clockwise or counterclockwise).

2. Guide idler method. Adding to the fuselage section of the conveyor, the structure of this idler is similar to the guide idler that forms a tubular conveyor belt at the head and tail of the tubular tube belt conveyor. According to the twist direction, fix the installation direction and change the idler conveying direction.
